City took my sons bday $2000 mini ramp
I need expert advice. Going to fight back by converting inground pool with vinyl liner into concrete skate bowl. Need to know design and materials info. It has to still be a functional but empty pool. All angles, surfaces, depths, lines and edges have be skate funtional first.
